I've actually built this one somewhere last week and somehow forgot to share it here :/
Anyway, seeing all the starters I shared recently, @LosaruTaiyo challenged me to build a house under 10K - so I did, and it wasn't even all that hard ;)
Mini Mint - residential; 8.487 (so under 10K including 1.500 lot cost); 20x15; NoCC, NoMOO, basegame only
