18K Starter is very nice! :) Very nice roofing and design of the exterior! The yellow flower box window windows and hanging baskets either sides of the front door are sunny and pretty! Very nice layout of the interior of the home. The patterned floor rugs add nice looks to the home. It looks great that a half wall separates off the living and kitchen areas. The tv and fireplace nook is great! Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the sofas in front of the fire watching tv. The books are homely on the coffee table. Very nice windows dining area, for sims to enjoy eating meals with sunshine coming in through the windows. It is nice that there is computer study desk nook in the bedroom.
