Yes, I dislike that when I'm going to build is raining or snowing, and I don't want it to be there. Or in other cases, I want to build a a snow zone for example, and is not snowing, and I need to force the game to snow with that weather machine. So I would really like that option to toggle the weathers, and it would be cool to be able to lock it for that lot too, like my example of an only snow zone, or could be rain only, or nothing and just sun :)
