I can definitely see them using the rooftop for partying. Though if Simself lived there, he would probably be hitting the weights room or playing with those toys you have behind the stairs. I wish Sims would get moodlets from the view too. TS4 definitely has prettier worlds than TS3 but it doesn’t affect Sims in the slightest.
