Very true. My next closes has around 300 views. I've noticed that sometimes it's based on the type of house, and others it depends on my landscaping. It just seems to be hit or miss lately though.
Congrats by the way. I use to get Maxis praise all the time in Sims2. Haven't got any this time around yet.
