Show me your most downloaded lot, household, or room

My most downloaded lot is this one, "Summer Sweetness", which got a Maxis fave. I'm not entirely sure why it's so popular, as I think I've got better and more interesting builds (both with and without Maxis faves) that haven't received quite the same amount of love.

It's basically a rebuild of the Caliente house ("Sultry Springside") in the base game. Three big, feminine bedrooms upstairs, one tiny handyman's bedroom downstairs. Plus a pool.
