Akira felt incredibly guilty about sleeping with Darling, especially when he found out she was pregnant with their son, Jesse. Although they never got together, Akira raised Jesse with Darling while still loving Miko for the rest of life. Jesse grew up resenting his parents, who he knew were never in love. Sometimes he believe it would have been easier to be raised by just his mother.

Jesse went to university and met Gabriella Rocca and was immediately smitten with her, they moved to their own apartment in San Myshuno, after that Jesse had little communication with his parents. He had two children with Gabriella, Aimee and Charlie. Charlie is currently the only active Kibo household after Aimee became a Goth.
