My Sim invited Sims to his house and upon being nice to all his guests, one guest and he did not get along at all. It made me wonder what sign that Sim was and if their signs just didn't mesh. I'd love to see zodiac signs back in the Sims but this time having the Sims have a trait from their sign. I'm a Cancer so, of course, my Sim is a Cancer so I think his man trait would be shyness...what's your sign and what main trait do you think would coincide with your sign if they implement Zodiac Signs into The Sims 4?

I WISH this would be added in a patch. I'm very into astrology personally and I always adored that aspect in the earlier games. I'm a Virgo (perfectionist) and my fiance is a Cancer (good). We get along pretty well. ;)

No way. I'd rather keep my sims away from this disease

if going by the western zodiac ...Leo. If I had to pick a trait, it would be self-assured.

I used to think I would want this back in the game - but reading @mrnhmath 's comment makes me realise it wouldn't be wise, many people don't care for that sort of thing and don't want it in their game.I'd much much rather turn off and turn ons return.

I used to think I would want this back in the game - but reading @mrnhmath 's comment makes me realise it wouldn't be wise, many people don't care for that sort of thing and don't want it in their game.

I'd much much rather turn off and turn ons return.

A lot of people didn't want the transgender/gender identity stuff and that was a way bigger deal. I loved it, but many didn't. Its just zodiac signs and if you don't like them they honestly don't affect people who don't care for them as they don't really push anything on the player. Its more a nostalgia thing as the previous games had it.

I don't know that their comment is necessarily what the majority of simmers feel. We all have varying opinions on it but the zodiac signs were in the game from the get-go. I think either having the signs back in the game or having turn on's and off's would be fantastic and I would be happy with having one or the other!

I agree the turn offs and turn ons brought way more to the game. I'd also rather they bring back Favorite Food, Favorite Color & Favorite Music over the zodiac signs. Not that I'm totally against the zodiac signs for those that like them but...they never really played much of a part of my sims so I'd rather have something that I did use in terms of characterizations then not.

Oh don't get me wrong, I loved the zodiac - I'm even into a bit of astrology myself. If they could make it optional - like the gender options are - then yes. The problem is zodiac signs were an integral part of the attraction system in previous games, it would have to have some functionality to it in order to be implemented, players who don't like it may not have a choice to not use it..

It should definitely be optional, I agree. I just want the option to use it in the first place.
