I agree to an extent but not the extent of wanting to be with somebody else on their own excetra because that would make it more of a guided game and less of a creative game which is what I like. I like to create stories based on stories that I have written and my Sims are the characters from them. If I was trying to create a certain storyline and my Sims kept going against it on their own I would probably just quit the game haha. Things like being sad from cooking if they don't like cooking makes sense to me though and I do agree with it just as long as you could give your sim to not liking cooking trait. I think that what you choose for them should affect how they behave, but if you're trying to make a Sim who absolutely loves the food business and wants to be a chef and your Sim on their own decides to hate cooking it really ruins it for the player and again just takes the interest away from the game because, why bother?
