Hi! I just found your neighborhood rotation, right when I'm getting ready to start my own. I plan to play all the townies (pre-mades), much like you are. I've been busy trying to figure out if I can find a way to blog the story, and how to keep it interesting. I have a couple questions for you, if you don't mind...
I had a townie rotation going when sims 4 originally came out, but I made the mistake of adding my own sim families into the mix, and it quickly became too many sims to follow once the other sims from EA came out with their respective expansions. It seems you play them in alphabetical order, right? I'm planning on playing by neighborhood they live in, starting with the Willow Creek residents. How do you keep track of who's next - a spreadsheet or something? I have a piece of graphing paper set up with each family and a place to check off which weeks have been played.
How did you decide to do three families a week, or was it just the way things worked out? I'm trying to figure out a reasonable amount to do each week - without taking all of my simming time, because I have a couple other challenges I'm working on.
Do you play on "normal" life-span, or short? I'm toying with the idea of doing it on short, but at the same time, I don't want to miss anything, especially with seasons and holidays coming out. I plan on starting play after Seasons launches, so I have a little time to figure things out. I have the neighborhood organised and ready, and I split them into the families that they'll be in (instead of leaving some households as roommates only).
Anyways, I'm glad to have found your blog, it gives me some ideas on how I could blog my townie rotation, although how to get it started and organised seems to be the hardest part. And then there's trying to catch up on the rotation you have going... that should keep me busy for a while, right? Do you have a link/suggestion as to where I should start reading on your pre-mades rotation, or should I just start alphabetically?
