I would think if another electric item is missing it has to be electric kettle.
It irritates me no end how enormous a kitchen has to be, to have sooooo much countertop as to accommodate all these appliances, that can only do one thing, and cannot be stored in a cabinet when not in use. Exception is the hot pot, can be stored only in the open Snowy Escapes cabinetry which cannot store any other appliance.
Zero made an electric kettle as a CC item, that thankfully, makes all the tea options. I wish it also made coffee.
At my house, a kettle lives on the stove and us boiled for tea daily, as well as pour-over coffee and French press. A stove top Mokapot is for low-tech espresso.
I haven't used an automatic drip coffee maker in decades. Or a slot toaster. We have a convection toaster oven (now marketed as "air fryer" that makes the best toast, but also small pizza, light warm flaky croissant, reheats cold pizza or pastries without making them soggy ..things no vertical slot toaster can do, plus it has a removable basket for "air frying" things like okra, onion rings, fries or chips.
Sims3 had the deep fryer but air fryers are more current.. That and instant pots but I haven't tried one.
The electric appliances in my kitchen are a food processor, air fryer of the convection toaster oven type, bullet blender, and fruit bullet thing that makes soft serve or sorbet from frozen fruit. I love that thing! Frozen banana becomes a twisty cone instantly. Oh and microwave.
I feel like auto drip coffeemakers, pop up toasters, blenders, deep fryers, all scream mid-to-late 20th Century.
