Not much crop watering goes on here either, other than of market gardens and fruit crops in the riverland.
Also I think the new homes requiring water tanks might be a state specific law because there's tonnes of new development here in perth and sadly the water tanks don't seem to be included :(
Quite probably, with SA being the driest state an' all.
This wide brown land is a little too wide at times, WA is like a whole other country :p
