Why have snow all the time? On sunny days you could visit the chalet for lunch, fresh air, spa and massages, sun bathe, maybe collect some plants and insects along the way, take pictures of wildlife like bears, foxes, wolves, rabbits, eagles and nightowls. It doesn't have to be all about skiing and snow.
I mentioned the snow because I was responding to the
ski chalet idea. Skiing would seem a bit odd if there wasn't any snow. And I can do (and indeed, do) all the other stuff in Granite Falls. The alpine ski chalet idea conjured up snow.
