Day 2
Hello and good morning my blogging friends, I'm back to share my day 2 adventures even though not much really took place that day but I will share what little bit that I did do that day.
I got up pretty early this morning, grabbed myself a sandwich and went outside to eat but got attacked by these pesky mosquitos again. They just don't leave me alone but I always say a good bug is a dead bug. Once they were gone, I went back to eating my sandwich.
Of course it was still raining when I got up, so after I was done with my breakfast if you want to call my sandwich that, I went inside and read a book hoping that it stops raining soon as I want to get and do some more exploring and such.
Once it finished raining, I went outside to read myself another back. I love reading books as they can take you to other places in your mind and you feel like a part of the story when reading them. Some of my favorite genres of books are Fiction, Mystery, Horror fiction, Historical fiction, Fantasy fiction, Romance and Historical romance and Paranormal romance, Sci-fi. I'm sure that there are others out there, but I just don't want to bore you all to death with my long list of books.
When I was done reading, I went in search of my stuff to dig up and found myself other rock to hammer and chisel into. And as you can see, that was another one right next to the one that I'm working on. That's like hitting the jackpot when they are so close together like that.
And I also found another dirt pile to dig through and to study. Of course the dreaded mosquitos showed up again bugging the living daylights out of my. Maybe I should dress covering up my arms and any exposing skin to keep them from biting but then I would be sweating to death on all of those clothes.
Then it was to the Cantina "El Árbol del Jaguar" for a quick bit to eat and for a little break.
I headed back to the house as I wanted to look through some of my books to find information on some of the fragments of artifacts that I had found and of course the mosquitos showed their ugly heads again.
When I finished looking for whatever info that I could find, I headed back over to the museum to that I could use their archaeology table to further my research on the artifact. I studied it and hammered and chiseled away at it as I was being very cautious with it as I didn't want to destroy whatever could be in it.
I guess my hammering away at it disturbed some nearby mosquitos as they all rushed at me disturbing me from my work. I wonder if I should place myself in some mosquito netting so that they can't get to me!!!
I finally discovered what was inside of the fossilize rock that I had found, it was vase. Now I will need to do some further research on it either later today or when I finally get home to Willow Creek before deciding on whether I want to give it to the museum or keep it for my personal collection.
I decided to take a walk around the museum grounds again as there was a small pool or fountain and some ruins that I wanted to go look at and take notes on so that I can do research on them later.
And then I called it a day and jogged back to my vacation home for the night.
That is all from me today as I have other things to tend to such as my chores around the house as it's just me, so I need to be the one to clean up and keep my house all tidy like my mom used to do except she and dad hired maids to come in and do that for them but I would prefer to do the cleaning myself.
Later my friends!

It is not good that the mosquitos keep bothering her! 🙁It would be very annoying for her. It is great that she enjoys reading. Reading does take away to new places and we also learn lots of new things. It is great that there was a vase in the rock.

rosemow, I guess they just like her which isn't a good thing when it comes to bugs...yuck 🤢. Reading certainly does stretch the imagination as well as learning new things. Yes, thankfully it was just a vase because I would had been upset if there was a curse or something bad in it...😬
