-You open it...
-On the left side there is groupings of all your sims and families. If your sim is mixed with others, go into your game make a family with just your sim in it and place them on a lot and save then re open tray importer to see them in there on their own.
-On the right side above the few lttle thumbnails there is a picture of a disk. It's the save button. If you click the drop down, you can EXPORT with their CC. Otherwise they will come to me maxis style. It will naturally put it in a zip. So you can use mediafire to send it to me.
