The Birdcage

While watching the Birdcage, it occurred to me that this would be a great live-over business. I found a floor plan of the apartment and, using it as a building outline, built the club and apartment above. The apartment is on the third floor as the building was at least three stories and the outside terrace pool required a floor for the pool itself without sinking into the club below. In this timeline, Val is living at home and a teenager in high school. They never showed a bedroom for Agador and assuming he was a live-in, he has a bedroom on the second floor with a private bathroom. In that area around the pool base is a playroom for games.

The club has an entrance room with male/female bathrooms. Beyond is the club proper with a stage where Starina preforms on a karaoke machine. Behind the stage to the left is a small dressing room for Starina to prepare. To the right, is a wardrobe area including the costume trunk so Starina can dress to impress. When she isn't preforming, patrons can use it to entertain the club. Under the apartment area I added a public gym and a bistro.  

I placed this lot on the PBP club lot in Del Sol Valley. This lot has a parking lot next to it with cars and a couple of limos. Down the street are TV News vans searching for stories. If you play the story out, they will come in handy.
