I wonder if it's possible to add in something that makes sims more dramatic, kinda like how there is a drama mod that makes sims get into arguments and fights? Because if that was a thing + neighbourh...

A drama Llama pack would be fun. There's already an acting proffession, but it would be fun to have sims be able to perform their own plays. Different costumes, roles, set design and more. Run a community theatre as a business, and the actung skill of the sims controls hat parts tey can get and how well the box office does.
