Gavin started blogging about his life, living with his mates, which was produced into a popular TV show. The success of the show meant that Gavin could afford to move his own place and quit full time work, instead taking some freelance writing work while still earning royalties from the TV show.
Ritu is a townie that Gavin met at the launch party for his TV show, she was an actress who had a small role on his show. They started dating after a few weeks of chatting on the phone. Their relationship hasn't been an easy one however, Ritu rejected 2 of Gavin's earlier proposals and also wasn't keen on having children. She was worried about the effect it would have on her career. But eventually she decided to go for it and commit to Gavin.

She has just started school and is very shy, most of the time she is doodling or daydreaming which does get her into trouble sometimes, she has quite a vivid imagination.
Christian is a toddler and loves to explore and investigate things. He looks up to his big sister a lot, who loves to tell him stories at bedtime that she has made up.
