@MadameLee you parents sound just like my former friend's parents, and sometimes my mom...and all of America's docters -- all your ailments must be cause by "lack of exercise" *rolls eyes.*

All I know is "lack of exercise" would not cause a rash like that. If that was the case, there would be a lot of people with it (paraplegics come to mind.) So it could be eczema, or maybe just an allergic reaction to something from somewhere.
