@sweetnightingale Oh! Thanks for the detailed comparison between Prismacolors and Polychromos! It sounds like I would like the Polychromos. I have a big set of Prismacolors, and I'm just not happy with the waxiness of them--I find them hard to blend and I am often not happy with the texture or scent. But I would love an oil-based pencil! I'll have to give the Polychromos a try! I really want to learn to love colored pencil, and I haven't yet found a type I love.
