That process sounds really good! And congrats on having the whole thing outlined! So, maybe you can draft brief scenes during the busy times when you don't have time to go in-game and get the screenshots?
Do you have a shot list? That sometimes helps me feel organized if I have to put off doing the gaming...
It does get frustrating when you've got a few chapters ready to shoot, and you need to wait to grab the screenshots!
I can get a little frustrated when my writing/game-play get out-of-synch, too. This summer, I've had to realize that they'll just be out-of-synch for a while: I've got four posts screenshot (with the pictures loaded to empty drafts, waiting for the words) and a few drafts partially written, waiting for screenshots. And a few ideas just in my head, until I get a chance to play! I'm having to adjust to this being the way it is this summer...
