If you don't have a mod to extend the amount of skins that are shown, it would be hidden.

@sweetnightingale @DreamsInPixels: Not necessarily. You can scroll down the Skin UI in TS3 with the scroll wheel on your mouse (you might be out of luck on a laptop. Wouldn't know because I always simmed on my laptop with an external mouse!).

I didn't know that :O I was always told that I needed an extended ui thing for the extra skins.
