@AdamsEve1231: Have you tried checking your "The Sims 3" folder? Specifically DCCache and InstalledWorlds (or names close to that. I'm away from my desktop right now). My launcher recently came up with a blank "front page" but it had no effect on my game.

If those folders have content (especially InstalledWorlds), try making another The Sims 3 folder and moving:

- DCCache
- DCBackup
- Mods
- InstalledWorlds
- Library
- Saves

...into the new one. Might not do anything, but it's just a thought.
