@rednenemon :) I never would have guess it from you. You seem so accomplished and integrated to the forum that I would never expect you t feel that way!
@lisabee2 You and your stories and posts never strike me as "strange" or odd. I find such warmth, generosity, and genuineness in all you write and share! It's something to look forward to, for me.
Also, I disagree with the person who told you that those who care about your stories already know. I LOVE it when you and others post that you have updates. Here's why: even when I follow you, I follow so many blogs that I don't even use my WordPress reader or check the email notifications that there are updates. Instead, I rely on people posting that they've updated here at the forums. Sure, I might not read right away, but I will file away that there's been an update made, and so then when I get a free moment to check in, I'll do so! I hope that you would keep announcing at the Writers' Lounge or at least in your own thread when you've made updates so that I will make a mental note to catch up!
Aside from Book Club and my reading circles, I don't have a really organized reading method at present, so I really appreciate when folks remind me that they have new chapters.
