Don't make generalizations- one time I saw someone say that a lot of the issues on the forums were caused by teenagers, which completely stunned me as I've seen a countless number of people on here that I know are teens who have been nothing but respectful while I've seen some adults who, for some odd reason, feel the need to say that their opinion is the only right one.
Are you referring to my post? And if so, Take a closer look, please. "would-be drama students" in my context has nothing to do with the presumed youth of "students". Why do people automatically assume "students" refers exclusively to teens or young adults?
For the record, a pleasant too-doo in the news was made about a woman who earned her college degree--at age 92..
And if you are referring to my use of the word "adults" Again re-examine what I wrote. Wider horizons may be indicated.
I was commenting in regards to behavior, there is "adult" meaning "mature' and "juvenile" the stuff of the school yard.-- in behavioral terms is called "immature". Political correctness does not remove the original context from these words when discussing human behavior.
***Many youths are capable of mature, or as I put "adult" behavior and of course we all see that many adults are not only capable of, but are more than happy to-- act in an immature manner. ***

And as for my reference to "students" I was referring to those who, in general and without regard to age, practice their dubious drama skills on this forum. One who ineptly practices an unlearned skill without experienced guidance can be referred to sarcastically as a would-be (Insert skill here) student.
Peace Out.
Cathy.. catch ya later.. elsewhere.
