I don't really understand what eyelashes have to do with high school.

Absolutely no to preteens. There is nothing unique about them that can't be added to kids or teens.

But how does highschool equal generations?
I really don't think there will be a generations of ts4 and I would be surprised if there is because generations was really just a collection of random things thrown together for different ages from what I know of it.
I think each lifestate will get it's own dedicated attention. Which I think is a fantastic idea. I know some people want all in one packs like ts3 had but I'm super happy to pay more money if that means more attention to each one. Look at how amazing werewolves,spellcasters and vampires turned out compared to other occults for example.

I think it would be amazing if kids could get a whole pack dedicated to them.

I like the idea of preteens. Teens just look like young adult sims, it would be nice to have something in between.

Summer break, field trips, school sports, active after school clubs.

I like a lot of your ideas. I didn't even think about graduation parties, great idea.
