Hi y'all! Hope I don't come across as anti-social, but I'm just going to sneak in and drop this off. I'm deep in 'writing mode' and don't want to lose the random thoughts/ideas that are bouncing around in my head at the moment. @Charliimai did such a good job with her last letter(s), I want to make sure to do them justice. Once I figure out where things are going to lead, I'll catch up on my commenting.
@Charliimai I'm hoping to have Cassia's letter ready to send to you soon, but thought I'd share the "behind the scene" drama with ya in the meantime. I'm still not quite sure how this is going to shape up. I'm just picturing the scenes in my head and letting them naturally play out. I know what Dace is doing, just haven't figured out how Cassia will react when she wakes up or what her response will be to Dace's actions.
Once I find the thread for the next scene, I'll start typing away again and see where it leads. I think I should have it figured out this evening.
DACE GOES ROGUE
Dace and his sisters boisterously barrel down the stairs and into the kitchen with Dace way in the lead.
Dace: “Mom, where’s my lunch? The bus will…”
Spotting his mother passed out on the floor clutching a sheet of paper, Dace abruptly comes to a full stop.
After finding his mother, Dace makes a rash decision... Dace Goes Rogue
