Just pick which Sim(s) you'd like to join the program and let us know a bit about them. A lot of us have used an unofficial form which you're more than welcome to use or you could simply just write up an introduction for you Sim(s). The form's not "required". Can't wait to see who else is joining. Just holler if you have any questions, etc.
