Welcome builders! Your challenge for the month of September is to build a fashion headquarter business building! See below for a full list of requirements, good luck and have fun!

Your Objective:

- Build a fashion headquarter business building.


Requirements:

- This build must be a lot.
- You must include:

• A reception area.
  
• At least 2 photography rooms.
  
• An office for the CEO.
  
• A conference room.
  

Additional Notes:

- Other ideas for your build (these are NOT required, just ideas to give you more inspiration):

• An employee lounge.
  
• Model changing rooms.
  
• Editorial/design rooms.
  
• Smaller offices for employees.
  

- You do NOT have to have the Moschino pack to participate!
- Please remember, no custom content is allowed in these builds.
- Everyone will be nominated for the builds they create for Maxis favs!

oh a boat hotel, it's an interesting idea, i'm willing to give it a shot. It'll definitely test my building skills :D

I feel ever-so-posh getting a personal invitation! This looks like it'll be a lot of fun, and I hope a lot of people enter!

I actually haven't built or played for weeks, real life has been very stressful, but a project like this could be just what I need. Ten rooms! The hotel I've built for my own play (not on the gallery) only has six rooms and I tend to tap out at eight rooms most of the time, so this will be a challenge! I'm in.

I started something, have a shape and a layout but i'm not sure if I like I might save it and try again and see if the next idea turns out better.
