The Sims 4 - Festivities EP
Based in the Second Seasons Expansion idea thread by MichelleW, this could be a pack based purely in activities and hobbies rather than an specific theme, place or culture. In contrast with The Sims 2 Freetime, this pack couldn't be purely in hobbies and a few ones from the original release could be included. Also, no hobbie or enthusiasm system yet.
Of course, festivities will requires seasons, BUT this pack, like the original Season EP, could be the second pack to include seasons: winter, fall/autum, summer and spring, but enhancing the seasons with new options:
Including of course, new weather events like hail, blizzard and sandstorm.
Festivities will be included in the calendar, but Sims can celebrate and compite each with new objects like:
Another additions are hobbies: pottery, glassblowing and sewing will return, each with a skill. Also, if My Wedding Stories is installed, Tartosa could have a new lot, a glassblowing workshop.
The pack could also add a new world: a remake of Desiderata Valley, the world of The Sims 2 Freetime.
Another additions due seasons could be two new chores for lots: lawn mowing and swimming pool cleaning. Speaking about swimming pools, new activities, objects (sliders included) and interactions will be included. Not the bar but a volleyball net though.
Greenhouses could return in two ways: a membrane-like mini greenhouse for planters and a tool to build functional greenhouses with new glass walls. Irrigation control and composting also returns. All these tool and objects could help to grown harvestables and flowers outside the season.
A new livestock animal, the goat, could be included along with a new small shed and a new item: butter churner. Using the goat milk (also compatible with Cottage Living cow milk) and the new provence herbs harvestables, Sims can make flavored butter.
Finally, PlantSims could be the "occult" of this pack, with a complete refresh or even better, a whole rebuild.
As BG Update, round swimming pools, pools sliders and greenhouse build tool could be included as a BG update. Enhanced seasons will be a "refresh" for the original Seasons EP, including selecting cycle and weather events for each.

- Choose the seasons cycle/order: if you want to play summer -> winter -> summer -> spring, do it like you want!
