Create-A-Ride Mode: In this mode you can create Roller-coasters, Attractions and Unique Rides all from scratch for your Sims! You can also share your creations or download any in the Gallery!
Tycoon Mode: Tycoon Mode allows you to over-see your theme park and run it like a tycoon! To go into Tycoon mode your Sims must purchase a lot or existing park/amusement park (this will be a fun meta game that has similar statistics like other games such as Roller-Coaster Tycoon).

Q: How can i build a park?
A: There are several ways you can start building an amusement park or a theme park, you can create a brand new park by assigning an empty lot as an theme park and go straight into building.
Q: What is Tycoon Mode?
A: Tycoon Mode is a new mode like Build Mode/Live Mode etc. which is available when your Sim has purchased a theme park lot. In this mode you can run and edit your theme park, hire employees, build venues and stalls, set the prices and change options for food, drinks and rides and manage your finance and budget and income of your park and many more!
Q: Can i Build a Roller-Coaster from scratch?
A: Yes you can, you can place coaster-parks together and change the rails and add features to them if you like, you can also test your roller-coaster in SPV (Sim Point View) too. You can change the speed and designs and there are different types of roller-coasters you can use and unlock!
Q: How does building other attractions or rides work?
A: Other than roller-coasters you can build Ferris Wheels, Spinning Rides, Ghost Trains, Velocity Rides and more.
Q: Are Restaurants back?
A: Yep! If you own The Sims 4 Get to Work Expansion Pack you can also now build your own restaurants business!
Q: Any Kid Rides?
A: Kids can ride roller-coasters too! There are also some pre-built attractions like Bumper-Cars, Bouncy Castles, Laser Tag and more.
Q: Any New Activities other than Theme Park?
A: Your Sims can now go Bowling, Play Pool, Restaurants and more.
Q: Are Burglars making a return?
A: Yes, this time there are different types of burglars and you can purchase burglar alarms and cctv cameras!
