The Smith Legacy - My first legacy game
Little backstory before I introduce my founder: I mostly play TS4 for build, no gameplay at all. Last year I finally started to play a sim, Carmen Smith and after a while I decided to make her a founder and see how far down her lineage I could go. It's been over a year now and while I'm still not finished, I decided to write the story I played for each member. That's how I play the sims (when I'm not only building): I create a story for them as I play along.

The Smith Legacy
Carmen Smith story starts when she decides to leave the dusty Oasis Spring for the cosmopolitan San Myshuno. Her first apartment was the Culpepper House at Spice Market and her first job as a Media Intern. Art, diversity and new opportunities, she felt she could have it all!!
Carmen was always the life of the party and soon made many friends. In one of those parties she met Joaquin Le Chien (yeah, I know). They got along well and Joaquin wanted more than friendship, but Carmen had her sights on something else: she wanted was to work hard, climb all the steps in her career and leave love and its complications for later. Of course life is what happens while you make other plans…
One night after enjoying the Romance Festival, Carmen and Joaquin ended up together in a bush. And while no romance blossomed from this impromptu act, Carmen later found out she was expecting a baby!
That’s how Tatiana Smith was born. Carmen cherished her baby girl, all the while still working hard to achieve her dreams. It was not an easy time for sure, taking care of a young baby and working full time, but she made it work. As she rose to internet fame, money came in and they moved to the FountainView Penthouse in the Arts Quarter. Only then Carmen decided it was time to settle down.
She met Andreas Reich, a good-looking family oriented guy with similar goals to Carmen. He moved in once she saw the positive influence he had on Tatiana, who was growing from toddler to child. Soon after that Carmen got pregnant again and the family welcomed another baby girl, Yasmin Smith. Since Carmen was the one making the most simoleons, the couple decided that Andreas should be a stay-at-home dad and try to pursue his dream of becoming a successful writer.

Carmen achieved her dreams, and after that she retired, moved to a comfortable house in Willow Creek and dedicate her free time to herbalism and gardening. Andreas published a couple of books and took many hobbies, but his main achievement was being a stellar daddy to both Tatiana and Yasmin.
As for Tatiana and Yasmin? That’s another story…
