House boats would make me so happy. You can do so much with them - live in a cheap yacht or a luxorious castle on water, make cool public lots like lounges and restaurants, build a resort on a boat (titanic! Cruise ships, etc) and make a pirate story :smiley: Of course, I'd want a seperate pirate EP for that haha
