Townhouse apartments in Sims 4

I really want to have townhouse apartments in Sims 4! Each house could work like a seperate apartment. We used to be able to build our own in Sims 3. The technology aka apartments are already there! ...

That would be so cool to have! I'm still not a huge fan of the apartments, since the windows and front door can't be changed, but townhouses would be an awesome addition to the game!
