Townhouse apartments in Sims 4

I like apartments, and I 100% support the idea of townhouse apartments. I'll take that one step further, and say that I'd like to be able to build ANY apartment building style. I want to design my own high-rise with apartments on different floors to, make a common area in the lobby, design the outer building's architecture and impact the city skyline, etc. (And they need to allow apartments to be vacation rentals!!)
