I would love townhouses! :) I play with townhouses in my game now but it´s quite a mess... :persevere: Maybe they can just add an option to have multiple front doors on a lot +option for which sims that own the front door = Sims act as they live behind their front door and don´t cook in their neighbours kitchen???
