Townhouse apartments in Sims 4

I really want to have townhouse apartments in Sims 4! Each house could work like a seperate apartment. We used to be able to build our own in Sims 3. The technology aka apartments are already there!

I really want to be able to have like several housing units on one lot so not necessarily apartments but for example a trailer park with individual trailers and you can assign different buildings to a sim or a whole family so it would work differently than roommates and I guess like apartments so you can play each household that live on the lot but only have access to their area

I want the ability too town homes could fit a lot more sims in the poor part of the get famous world houses just don’t look good there.
