I have a special wish I'd like to see in base game. I have a trans mtf Sim who wants to fully transition. But there's no way for her to undergo surgery! We really need a way to embiggen the male ...

Yes, I also agree, it would be nice if the dresses would work good for all genders in the same way.
@cyncie My most important character is as well a very thin masculine framed Sim who looks very androgynous. I posted a pic of him in the Goth Galore thread. But to be honest, almost all of my male sims look kind of that way. They are androgynous in my stories but they consider themselves as males or females, so I don't use "they / them" pronouns for my characters.
