Perhaps set up something so kids could earn an allowance and have a place to save their money until they can go out on their own.
A Trust fund though perhaps if parent and even grandparents passed on before the kids are grown - or it we get Uni - a college fund that kids would get the day they entered college. They could save it for their future or use it and waste it away in Uni.
