That's a good idea about the gardening. Although I think I already accidentally planted something I wasn't supposed to lol. Oops. And yeah, that is a larder, just works as a fridge in the game. Maybe at some point they will have a basement. They are on a large plot of land so there's room to grow. :)
I know I can salt meat but I haven't figured out where to get salt yet lol.

Yes, the death rolls are intimidating. I know there was a high mortality rate back then, so that's why those are there, but I will still hate to loose a baby or an infant if it happens. Maybe I'll put a warning on those chapters if it happens. :s
