It was Elizabeth's 20th birthday and the family gathered to celebrate her.

Since the family was gathered together, Thomas decided to share the news of Kimberly being pregnant.

"I'm sorry she couldn't make it. She hasn't been feeling well," he explained.

"Another baby! How wonderful!" Caitlin cheered.

They all got up to congratulate him. Elizabeth did her best to smile. She really was happy for him.

"She's doing alright," Anna answered. "She has a sensitive stomach. When it's not colic it's the hiccups. But she really is wonderful."

After everyone left John comforted Elizabeth.

Back at home Thomas found Kimberly resting on the bed. She got up to greet him and he kissed her.

"How are you feeling?"

"Better," she assured him. "How was the party? And Elizabeth? Is your family well?"

"Yes, they were very happy about the news. My parents will move back home to help out. Anna and Richard are getting on well."

"We'll need to make some more space here for them," Kimberly noted.

"Yes, I'll work on it this week. You just rest. We can visit your father tomorrow when you're feeling better."

"I think I need some air."

"It's raining out," Thomas told her.

"I love the rain." She smiled and stood up. "I'll be right back."
