Unlock pointy elf ears for humans/occults

Hello, I'd like if the pointy elf ears could be unlocked for humans and other occults please. There are some elves I'd like to re-create but cannot unless I pick vampires.

Agreed.

At the very least, they (and other occult CAS parts) should be inheritable via genetics.
