Unlock pointy elf ears for humans/occults

Hello, I'd like if the pointy elf ears could be unlocked for humans and other occults please. There are some elves I'd like to re-create but cannot unless I pick vampires.

CMARNYC at Mod The Sims has an elf ear slider.

The "pointy ears" in the occult sims are weird. Not elf ears at all.
