Water park. With big curvy slide tubes and a plume log ride and a wave pool etc.
Go karts track. Batting cages, etc.
These venues should have functional booths that work on places aside from the current festival lots.
I think they have issues with coding the lots or something because right now it all seems to have to be a bar. The issue with the bowling alley as a bar is that all the sims are at the bar and no one is bowling.
