I wish they'd come out with a "Dual" lot type where we could choose two existing lot types to work concurrently. You choose two and build the required items for both. Originally I was thinking this could be like a retail store with a residential home above it, but it could absolutely work for things like restaurants that also sell products retail-style (like Cracker Barrel.) The possibilities would be almost endless, and I guess the biggest problem would be making sure the game doesn't glitch horribly with two lot types sharing a space. If they added one new lot type, however, I'd wish for a dual one.
