Water balloon fights

I was playing Sims 3 tonight and my Sims had a water ballon 🎈 fight automatically. For 3 this was added in Seasons.

I don’t think this action has been added to Sims 4 but I don’t have all the packs.

We have water balloon fights, think it came with Seasons, water balloons come in a bucket that you need to fill first but it's a bit silly because sims will try to mop up the puddles outside.
