Weather expansion

I would gladly pay $10 for the ability for the game to have snow (heavy or light), rain (including possible thunderstorm), wind, snow accumulation and so on. Even if you do not add special events - it just adds SO much to the atmosphere of the game to turn cheats on and create weather you want. Please consider adding this!!
