How did you come up with who your tribe members god wise?
I'm not sure if I understand the question exactly, but if you mean how did I come up with the different gods, I was really inspired by various ancient civilizations. In some societies they worshiped hundreds of different gods! I really wanted to incorporate that into my story. As far as who worships who, it's based on who I feel it makes the most sense for them to worship. Slaves would worship Humayd since he was once a slave. Etsi would worship Ka'i since she is the goddess of the sun and creation, and Etsi is the creator for my story.
I enjoy the multiple points of view in your story, will it continue to switch characters?
I'm glad you enjoy it! And, yes! I plan on alternating view points every chapter, with Etsi's view point being every other chapter.
Who has been your favorite character to write?
Oh man, that's a great question! I really enjoy writing Etsi since her voice is basically my own. It makes her feel very natural and easy to write. That being said, I absolutely love Etu! He may be my favorite character, so I really enjoy writing him as well.
