What are all the dye recipes?

I'm aware of grim being made with death flowers from other posts. Black dye can be made by making... either cricket flour or beetle nuggets. Are there any others?

For the record, Eco Lifestyle actually seems to make Bust the Dust worth it. You can compost trash to feed the bugs, and BTD makes you throw away stuff.
