What are all the dye recipes?

I've always just found dyes via dumpster or buying them through the various benches.

Too easy for my taste. ;) I usually make dyes when I have a Sum who is only using an Eco lifestyle to be stingy. Don't buy what you can make- tables, chairs, ornaments, shelves... dyed candles...

The dumpster gives them away for free! I've gotten them other places too, I just don't recall where. The dumpster is very reliable.
